#20GameChallenge - PONG
To restart my solo game dev journey, I've decided to complete The 20 Games Challenge. As you might guess, this involves building 20 games of increasing complexity.
This is Game 1.
Features:
- AI opponent.
- Contact with the wall or paddles makes the ball gradually speed up.
- Initial ball launch direction is random, but constrained to four quadrants, attempting to ensure the ball is always at a "fun" angle, and not flat. Makes the restart moment pretty tense.
